We are happy to announce the AITO Dahl-Nygaard Prize Winners, the AITO Test of Time Award, as well as the awards for Distinguished Papers, Artifacts, Reviewers and Artifact Reviewers. Congratulations, everyone! Find the full list here


The first day of ECOOP’22 (June 6th) is a public holiday in Germany (Whit Monday). This means that most shops will be closed. Shops at train stations, e.g. Hauptbahnhof, should be open.


VCOOP Schedule Announced(Tue 24 May 2022)

The schedule for VCOOP’22, the digital meetings taking place in the weeks after the in-person ECOOP conference on Thursdays 16th June, 23rd June, 30th June, and 7th July is available here.


Thank you for all the applications for Student Volunteering at ECOOP’22! The conference will be supported by 11 in-person and as well as an online student volunteer.


Banquet Venue Announced(Wed 18 May 2022)

ECOOP’s banquet will be held at the iconic Berlin location “Clärchens Ballhaus”, a ballhouse founded in 1913! See all details here

Early registration at a reduced rate for ECOOP’22 is possible until May 13th. Please register here


ECOOP’22 will feature physical Hub Talk events, providing authors of existing published research with a regional venue in Berlin to present their work. Note that available slots are limited and will be assigned in the order of submission!


Congratulations to all the authors of accepted ECOOP’22 research track papers and thanks to all the reviewers! We hope to see you all in Berlin or at VCOOP. The full list can be found here.


ECOOP’22 is looking for student volunteers, both for in-person and virtual events! You will aid in the smooth running of the conference events by performing several crucial tasks and will have free access to all conference sessions. Apply here!
